The Terawatt level is an annual sponsorship, offering
attendance opportunities at both the Spring and the Fall
conferences in a year.

A Terawatt sponsor is also the core sponsor of either the
Spring or Fall conferences and receives the following:

• Keynote speaking opportunity (on a relevant topic)

• Integrated branding with conference Materials

• Opportunity to distribute promotional items at select
  events

• 90-second video advertisement prior to a general
  session

• Additional two registrations included (total of four)

• Two advertisement slides prior to general sessions

• First choice of table location in the Expo Area

• Recognition on website and conference materials.

At the conference where the Terawatt sponsor is not the
core sponsor, all benefits from the Gigawatt level are
applied.

The Gigawatt level is an annual sponsorship, offering attendance opportunities at both the Spring and Fall conferences and receives the following:

• Meet and Greet with a relevant workgroup

• Opportunity to offer brief remarks at a reception or meal

• Opportunity to distribute promotional items at select events

• 90-second video advertisement prior to a general session

• One advertisement slide prior to general sessions

• Three registrations included per conference (Up to 1 additional registration is available per conference for $1,000.00)

• Recognition on website and conference materials

• Networking opportunities at meals, reception, and breaks

• A table in the Expo Area

The Megawatt level is an annual sponsorship, offering attendance opportunities at both the Spring and Fall conferences and receives the following:

• One advertisement slide prior to general sessions

• Two registrations included per conference (Up to 1 additional registration is available per conference for $1,000.00)

• Recognition on website and conference materials

• Networking opportunities at meals, reception, and breaks

• A table in the Expo Area

The Kilowatt level offers attendance at one conference (choice of Spring or Fall) and receives the following:

• Two registrations included for one conference

The Watt level does not off er conference attendance, but instead is an opportunity to promote your brand year-round on our newly created association website as well as on both Spring and Fall conference materials.

Each conference is unique and may have additional sponsorship opportunities. All of the below will be acknowledged during General Sessions, as well as on conference materials.

• A/V and Internet Sponsor - $10,000

  • Table tent on each general session table with your logo and the Wi-Fi network and password. Additionalslide with your logo.

• Social Event Sponsor - $25,000

  • Branding and opportunity to off er brief remarks at ALDC’s cornerstone social events.

• Welcome Gift Sponsor - $7,500

  • Add a postcard-size advertisement to cooperative attendees’ welcome gifts, add your swag, and/orprovide your logoed bag or box for the welcome gift.

• Coffee and Breaks Sponsor - $10,000

  • Signage with your logo placed out by the coffee and breaks stations throughout the conference

• Lanyard Sponsor - $7,500

  • Your logo displayed on attendee lanyards worn for the duration of the conference.

• Meal Sponsor - $10,000

  • Option of a conference breakfast or lunch with logo displayed prominently during meal, as well as acknowledgment during the meal.

• Registration Area Sponsor - $7,500

  • Signage with your logo placed by the Registration/Help Desk from the opening day until the conference ends.
